New Parking Enforcement Starting March 1st 2022

2/9/2022

Parking Permits Required

Starting March 1st 2022 Other than Sundays during Sunday church service times you will need to make sure you have a Grace Parking Sticker on your front windshield driver’s side.  We have contracted with a towing company to monitor our parking lot and they will be towing unauthorized parked vehicles.  However, since the original stickers are very hard to see or spot and to make sure your vehicles will not get accidentally towed. You can avoid any inconvenience and impound fees by sending your information to our Parking Enforcement team  -  Here is how:

Please send a Text Message to 541-321-0813 or email Parking@glchurch.org  and include:
  1. License Plate number
  2. State of Registration   (i.e. Oregon)
  3. Your Name
  4. Phone Number

Please Register your License plate number today
If your information is sent by Text or email your will receive an acknowledgement back letting you know that your car have been placed on the “Do Not Tow -  Authorized Vehicle List”.
Besides the sticker for your car(s) you can email your license plate information to Randy von Ronne and I will send that information over to Emerald Valley Towing (who will be doing our towing service) Your license plate number will be entered into their system and will be flagged as do not tow.
Information needed:
   1.  License Number
   2.  State that the car is licensed in.  (usually Oregon)
   3.  Your Name
   4.  Phone Number
Send this information to:  Parking@glchruch.org and I will get your car on the do not tow list.

Voter's Assembly Meeting - February 27, 2022

2/9/2022

1. Board and Financial Reports

2. New Business:
As many of you know, Hope in Springfield has reached out to us to build a shared ministry. The primary component of this shared ministry is having Pastor Joe serve both congregations with his role at Hope becoming that of a called part-time Pastor.

Beyond sharing a Pastor, we also plan for the relationship to eventually include a shared vision and support for Christian education, Lay Minister/Elders, and evangelism.

Before this agreement is formalized, the task force made up of Hope and Grace members is proposing a 3 month trial period to see how Pastor’s time can be best utilized between our congregations. Hope is not issuing a call at this time.
